The HyperSpring Guarantee
At HyperSpring Toys, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed for 60 days from the date you receive your order. (That's twice Amazon's guarantee period!) If you aren't satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will do everything we can to make it right, including a replacement or full refund.
That includes if your HyperSpring gets tangled and permanently bent!
If you would like to return or exchange your HyperSpring, you will not need to pay any return shipping.
Please note the following exceptions, however:
For video courses, you must complete the course in order to be eligible for a refund. Upon receiving a refund for a video course, your access to the course will be revoked.
For physical products, you are responsible for entering your address correctly and protecting your item once it is successfully delivered to the address you entered. Once the tracking states it has been delivered to the address you entered, loss and theft are not covered by the HyperSpring guarantee. If you fail to enter your address correctly, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you would like a re-shipment, you will be charged a re-shipment fee based on the size of your order.
⚠️ For orders to countries other than the USA, you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes, import duties, and/or brokerage fees charged by the shipping carrier for collecting this tax. Taxes and duties are NOT included in the shipping price. If your order is returned to us because you refused to pay these taxes/fees, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Our refund policy lasts 60 days. For video courses, this is 60 days from the date you placed your order, since you have instant access. For HyperSprings, this is 60 days from the date you receive your order in the mail.
If 60 days have gone by since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. However, we still encourage you to email info@hyperspringtoys.com with any problems you have with your order, and we will do what we can to make it right. You may be eligible for a discount.
