How do I watch the free Fundamentals of HyperSpring video course?

This is an all-digital, streaming-only video course. Once you add it to your cart and check out, you should receive an email titled "Welcome to HyperSpring University" with your login information. Please search your email for it, including your spam folder.

Once you use that link to login for the first time and set your password, you can always log in by going to www.HyperSpringToys.com and clicking Video Course Login in the top left menu. 

If you can't find the email, please try checking out with the course one more time. Occasionally the system glitches out and doesn't send the email the first time. If that still doesn't work, send an email to info@hyperspringtoys.com and we'll be happy to help you out!

My HyperSpring got damaged, can you send me a replacement or refund?

If it's within 60 days of when you received your order, absolutely! The HyperSpring Guarantee has you covered. Please send an email to info@hyperspringtoys.com with your order number, a photo of the damage, your current shipping address, and let us know if you'd like a replacement or refund. If you'd like a different color variant instead of the one you had, let us know that as well. 

How can I return my HyperSpring?

We're sorry to hear your HyperSpring didn't meet your expectations! Please send an email with your order info to info@hyperspringtoys.com to start the return process. You will not need to pay any return shipping. 

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to many countries, but not yet all of them. Please try to check out with the items you would like. If you get an error saying "Shipping not available for selected address", we probably have not yet set up shipping to your country. Please send an email to info@hyperspringtoys.com and we'll see if we can set up shipping to your country!

Please note that for non-USA orders, you will be responsible for paying any taxes/duties that may be charged by your government, plus any brokerage fees charged by the shipping carrier, in order to receive your order. These are not included in the shipping cost unless stated otherwise.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is determined by weight and where you're shipping to.

For an accurate shipping price, please add the items you'd like to your cart and enter your shipping address at checkout. You'll then be shown exactly how much shipping will cost. There is no obligation to complete checkout - you may see the total cost before entering any payment info.

Why hasn't my order arrived yet?

If it has been longer than the estimated shipping time you were shown at checkout, or the tracking for your order hasn't been updated for more than a week, please send an email to info@hyperspringtoys.com and we'll look into the matter. If your order has been lost by the shipping carrier, we will be happy to send you a replacement at no cost to you.

Can I have a free slinky?

Hmm, I'm not sure what that is. We only sell HyperSprings here.
